This Phenomenal Woman has got medical clearance to RUN her 5K on SUNDAY!  Ok so now I am high as a kite!  It is going to be 96 outside  on Sunday and I will look like a drown cat but I AM SO ON THIS!  WOOT!   YEAH!!!!!!!!  WOOOOHOOOOOO  Good Lord someone is going to have to pull me out of the clouds but this is so what I need RIGHT NOW.  I can't wait to see my little girls face light up when her Mom comes over that finish line for the first time!  This WLS journey is so worth this 5K and if I only end up walk than so be it but I will get to the finish line.  I AM RUNNING FOR ALL OF YOU ON SUNDAY BUT MOST IMPORTANT FOR ME! Hugs Kristen Thanks for letting me share my news!

Way to go Kristen!!!  I am so happy for you.  Also, I bit envious.  I have been getting steroid epidural injections in my back.  Next Wednesday is the last of the 3.  I want to run sooooooo badly.  The Dr. informs me that he would not be suprised if I am NOT able to run.  And if I am it will be at least 3-6 months. Funny, I am in the best physical condition I have been in since Jr. High School and my back is killing me.

Ok Kim I am so sorry sweetie, stay positive and this will pass.  You will be out there running soon enough.  Keep in mind I will most likely walk a lot of this cause I just had surgery 3 weeks ago.  I have not worked out in 3 weeks but I am going to try. Hugs Kristen
