I too am seeing Dr. Singh out of St. Agnes and aside from my co-pay of $25 for the office visits, the only other fees I've encountered are the $150 fee for the nutritionist which covers 6 months of support from the date of my surgery and $150 to the therapist for the psych evalulation.
