do anyone know what a endocrinologist is for? why do u have to  get a upper g i? thank you, sweetheart59

Hi  An Endocringolist is a doctor who specializes in the area of thyroid problems, diabetes and other hormonal types of issues.  Sometimes   a doctor wants to get an upper GI just look at the GI Tract in your body?   Hope this helps  Terri

Hi Sending you to specialist sometimes is just to add further justification for the insurance companies and surgeons.  I don't recall did you already have surgery or are you planning to?   I am doing ok having a little bit of trouble maintaining a normal blood pressure especially upon standing and walking.  Terri
