Headaches

I am 3 mo post op and wondering if anyone out there got hit with headaches out of no where.  I started physical therapy because i had this problem last year.  (had c-spine fusion and muscles in neck and shoulders get really knotted and tight and caused headaches).  They went away for about 3 weeks and now are starting again.  Always starting around 2-3pm every friggin day now for the past 5 days. Made an appointment with my PCP for tomorrow afternoon to see what she has to say but was wondering if something to do with WLS has anything to do with it.  I haven't started any new foods and haven't stopped anything either so I can't see it being my diet.  So friggin confused and head is killing me (temples to behind both eyes).  thought allergies but I don't have allergy problems.  Not supposed to take aspirin but I have taken one just to get it to go away.  Nothing else works to get rid of the pain.  Any suggestions would help...

Terri - I'm so sorry - my Mom suffers from daily migraines.  Are you stressed at work - I know, who isn't?  But since they're happening at the same time every day......... Maybe it's not something you're eating, but something you're NOT eating - maybe a vitamin deficiency?  Next time, maybe try to eat something with a little protein and see if that helps. If all else fails, I've always found a slap to the nearest co-worker to be quite effective!!! Tia

Nope, definately not work.  I am not working, on disability.  No real stress here at home either other then the normal bills...I definately get lots of fluids in.  I have something right by my side 24/7 be i****er or crystal light.  Definately getting enough protein in (i eat a lot of tuna, chicken, and make sure I have my frozen protein shake).  Take my vitamins right on schedule (as soon as i get up in the morning and about an hour before bed).  Headaches run in the family and I haven't gotten hit with a migraine in a long time.  I took a walmart brand excedrin and now within the past 15 min, it has eased up.  I know the aspirin is a big no-no but its the only thing that has helped.  I never could take tylenol, advil, aleve, any of that stuff....never worked...  I thought maybe it was having my long hair up in a pony tail all the time, but have not had it up in a couple days so thats not it either...damn it...lol....so frustrating....goin to give myself another headache just trying to figure it out.  have my appointment with pcp tomorrow afternoon and she is good with things like this.  hopefully she will have me go for blood work to see whats up.
