Good morning Tia, B- 8 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda L- 2 slice of whole wheat bread with ham & american cheese D- 10 medium shrimp w/ old bay seasoning, 1/2 of a corona 1 vanilla iced coffee, 64 oz of water and all my vitamins

I love coronas with lime but man since my GBS I can't tolerate beer anymore. I was so darn gassy I had a tummy ache after. It is just not worth it.  I love corona and crab or shrimp with old bay seasoning. Well, my preference would be Killian Red with all you can shrimp or king crab legs. But I can't do that anymore. lol  I think I will stick with the mixed drinks instead.

B -  greek yogurt and berries L -  Chicken salad with 1/2 small whole wheat pita S - 1/2 grapefruit D - greek yogurt, berries and a spoonful of peanut butter I worked last night, so my eating schedule was totally off.  I got my vitamins but not my fluids.

Hi-  Breakfast- oatmeal w/ skim milk- lunch- 3 tbs cottage cheese w/ 1 tbs unsweetned applesauce on the side- Dinner 1/4 cup of tomoto soup w./ 5 mini saltines in it. snacks during the day & evening were two protein shakes and sugar free pudding w/ half pack of protein powder in it.  Not quite enough water. Don't ever get the Bariatic Advantage meal replacement strawberry it was . I have a few others so I hope the other flavors are better.  Terri
