Hi- Breakfast- oatmeal w/ skim milk- lunch- 3 tbs cottage cheese w/ 1 tbs unsweetned applesauce on the side- Dinner 1/4 cup of tomoto soup w./ 5 mini saltines in it. snacks during the day & evening were two protein shakes and sugar free pudding w/ half pack of protein powder in it. Not quite enough water. Don't ever get the Bariatic Advantage meal replacement strawberry it was . I have a few others so I hope the other flavors are better.
