A Baltimore Duck, that is!!!! I saw a lot of this amphibious vehicles yesterday at the Inner Harbor, and after checking the prices, they're more reasonably priced than some of the harbor cruises. Please take a look at their website, www.baltimoreducks.com, for more info. I was thinking that we could meet on Saturday, August 2, 2008. The ducks leave every 30 minutes and we could do lunch as group or separately after the tour. Maybe take the tour that leaves at 11 and lunch at the harbor afteward. We may want to consider carpooling as you have to pay to park in parking garages around the area, but we'll figure that out as we get closer. I'm awaiting a return call from group sales, because if you have a group of 20+, it's somewhat cheaper. Prior to any discounts, the prices are: Adults (13 and older) - $25.00 plus tax Children - (3-12) - $15.00 plus tax Seniors - (62+) - $24.00 plus tax Infants (0-2) - Free So let me know if you're in. oooooooooooh, that sounds like fun! I saw the Duck Boats when we were in Boston last September and only just recently realized they were in Baltimore too. Will have to check out the fire truck's schedule to see if Aug 2nd is open. Hugs, Mo

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Girl I will need 2 shots of tequila and a xanax! lol I freaking went all over the loop on that stupid 695 this morning. I should have been at Antoinette's house at 7:15 am if it wasn't for Mapquest. Ughhhhhhhhhh But I am glad I finally made it to her house and got her there at 8:32 am. I have to upload her pre-op pic so you can see her. She is just so sweet and so calm!! I was freaking out and she was so calm about everything.

Tia- this sounds great you are really a mover and shaker girl!!!

I am in for it. If there is anything I can do to help coordinate this with you please let me know. When I worked in Baltimore I alsways saw the Duck but never rode on one. Thanks !
