The Feed Bag
Hey all -
Sorry I'm late in posting this. Yesterday was my field trip with Kaity, so we ate at Phillip's at the Inner Harbor. NOTE: ICK!!! It was SO not worth the $$ for the buffet. Even though I normally HATE buffets and know I'm not going to be able to eat much, and even though they only charged me $9.99, down from $16.99, it still was Buffet by Hoover - IT SUCKED!
All my fluids, all my vits.
B - Greek yogurt with cherries, Splenda and Kashi
L - 1 mini crab (or so THEY say) cake, 2 popcorn shrimp 1 piece of baked fish, two bites of what I thought was fish but was chicken, 1 spoonful of roasted veggies (all I could taste was onion), and 2 spoonfuls of cream of crab (which actually was the best thing I had), two bites of white chocolate cheesecake. Not a successful lunch, but that's where the girls wanted to go.
D - Chicken Fiesta Salad, garden herb triscuits

I haven't been to Phillips for like 5 years or so. I never had the buffet.
B- 8oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda
L- Ham & cheese lettuce & tomatoe on 2 slice whole wheat breat (I ate 2/3 of that sandwhich the rest went to Gino lol)
S- 10 baby carrots 1 tablespoon light ranch dressing
D- 3 chicken nuggets 1/3 cup of potatoe salad, 1 corn on the cobb
S- 1 string cheese & 3 ritz crackers
All my water & vitamins and a 16 oz of my new favorite drink Diet Lipton White Tea peaches & Papaya yummy!!

B- 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ a splash of skim milk. L- 1/4 cup cream of tomato soup with 5 tiny mini saltines mashed up one at a time in it. D- 1/2 of a scrambled egg with a sprinkle of fat free cheddar cheese (this got stuck, did not do well and won't do this again for long time !) s- SF fudge pop - S- 1/4 cup ricotta chesse w/cinnamon and splenda. Got two protien shakes down, but not enough water. I am trying.

I hate buffets! Sneeze guard or not, they are bacteria ridden as far as I'm concerned. Okay, enough of my phobia.
B - 1/2 c high protien cereal, 1/2 c milk, 10 blueberries
L - 1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich 1 SF cookie
S - Watermelon
D - 1/2 c black bean soup with ff sour cream and 10 small tortilla chips
S - a spoon of peanut butter.
