Ok I see Tia is on a bus trip with K. Yesterday's Meals please... B- 8 oz Coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda 1 large scrambled egg with a slice of american cheese in it. cooked with country crock shedds spread L- 1/2 of a corn dog  D- 2 small chicken thighs deboned no skin. with lettuce and tomatoe with 1 tablespoon oif Ranch  dressing S- 1 oz of salted roasted almonds a navel orange I had 70 oz water and all my vitamins. Now is your turn...

B- Protein shake made with Whey protein and slimfast shake L - 1/2 bowl (probably 1/4 cup) of egg drop soup S - SF creamsicle - I love those things D - 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with a little tomatoe sauce & 1/2 boiled egg.

Hi Lisa, You are doing wonderful!!  I remember at 2 weeks out I was on full liquids only. How does eating the boiled egg feels like?  I have issues with it since after surgery.  I rather have scrambled eggs or sunny side up. How are you doing with the liquids?

Hi Cira:   I did okay with the hard boiled egg.  I did get sick on scrambled egg a few days before.  I must remember to eat slowly.  Sometimes I chomp down on it like I used to and eat too fast.  I'm learning.  Trying to pump in as many liquids as possible.  I "woke up" 2 days after the surgery panicing and thinking that this food stuff is going to consume the rest of my life, but I am feeling much better now.

yesterday was a blah day so I had: b - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese l - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese d - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese and a 1/2 cup of doctored up V8 juice (with chili powder, cumin, worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt) got my vits in, not enough fluids yet again and got all my protein shakes in.

Hi Aaron, For being so early out you are doing great with your intake.  Just focus on reaching your goal daily but if you don't it is ok.  You will soon be reaching it everyday.

Here goes B - Greek yogurt and berries L- 1/2 protein bar S - 1/2 grapefruit D - 1/2 small pita with tuna and onions S - 1/2 c greek yogurt and berries All fluids and vitamins
