B-12 Rx Nasal Spray?

Hi karen, It's been a long time since I seen you post.   I have never used it or asked about it. But let us know what your dr says and how it goes if you do try it.   I currently take the monthly shots at home and it only cost me less that 2 bucks every three months with my inssurance which is great for me.
