Yesterday was a carbon copy of the day before :) b- oatmeal l - chicken salad d - chicken salad got my vits and my protein drinks in......most of my fluids.

Not bad, maybe just cut back on one of the snacks, you have 3 in there, but food wise it's good choices. (even the tiny piece of pie)  For me: B - Multigrain bagel from panera (omg 16 grams of protein!) L - Chicken sandwich (minus 1/2 the bun) D - 1/2 lump crab cake and a scoop of salad S - SF fudgicle
