Greek yogurt fans
This sounds yummo! I got this out of the Rachel Ray Mag. this month. We can have the honey but I think it would be great even with out it. It is healthy!
Cantaloupe and Cucumber Salad, throw some fish on the side for your protein!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 celery rib, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds

In a large serving bowl, whisk together the yogurt, lime juice and honey. -

Add the cantaloupe, cucumbers, celery and mind to the dressing; toss to combine. -

Sprinkly with the almonds and serve!
