Okay, how'd everyone do yesterday: I had: All my water, all my vits. B - Greek yogurt with strawberries, Splenda & Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal L - Unsalad - Krab, kukes, peppers, r/f cheese and a serving of Garden Herb Triscuits D - DJNEILYJ will beat me for this - 8 pc. buffalo chicken nuggets from Popeye's w/ranch dressing!!  Hey, I'm a softball aunt - sometimes I HAVE to eat on the run!!  And the prepared salads at fast food places make me gag with their chemical smell!!!  Anyway, the pieces of chicken could hardly be called nuggets - they were that small.  But it was plenty for me.  NEIL - FLAME AWAY, BABY, I CAN TAKE IT!!!! yesterday i didn't get in alot of liquid. maybe 4 glasses.  i ate: fahita chicken with sour cream and salsa (two times), crab/shrimp cakes (2 times), watermelon, pineapple and strawberries (2 times)

Here's yesterday.  Keep in mind this is DS eating.

Breakfast
Banana Scream shake 1 1/2 scoops - 34
pot roast and a couple baby carrots and a little onion - 37
Lunch
leftover chipotle - 15
Snack
beef jerkey - 9
Dinner
more pot roast - 29
124 protein total All vitamins and about 84 oz of water.
1 SF mint patty
a small bag of m&ms over the course of the day... but I lost 2 pounds this morning so wtf. :)

Hi Teri - I actually don't see a lot of difference in the way we eat.  You still focus on protein and water.  I'm guessing the amounts are different than a rny'r??? Tia

Thank you, Jennifer, The Banana Scream is made by Champion Nutrition.  You can get it a number of different places online. Ive yet to be able to get Vitamin Shoppe to get it in on a special order for me though even though they say they will/can. So I buy it online either at Vitacost or Vitalady.  I know Vitalady has samples of it you can order.   I drink it every day, though I need to expand my horizons... Teri

Mine is a carbon copy of the day before :) b-1/2 cup scrambled eggs l - chicken salad sans grapes d - chicken salad sans grapes I really gotta learn to chew my food  more thoroughly.  After I ate the chicken salad, I couldn't put any grapes in LOL got all my vits in....lacked a good bit of water because I was running around yesterday (I know I should have taken it with me, so I need to have a post it stuck to my forehead)

B- 8oz coffee the usual stuff in it and 1/2 of banana L- bbq small chicken leg and 1 bbq rib 1/2 of a corn on the cobb D- 2 oz chicken breast salad home made with lite ranch dressing S- 1 oz almonds and 1 cup of watermelon 64 oz water and all my vitamins   Hey is DJNEILYJ the same guy who had a canary for someone posting about chick fil-a?   LOL
