B - Greek yogurt, strawgerries, Splenda & Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal
L - Hard salami (slices, Cira, you dirty girl!), and cheese
D - Cobb salad from Bistro Sensations in White Marsh (LOVE that place!)
S - (Hiding) ONE brownie - I saw ONE that way because in the past, it easily would've been half a pan!!!!

protein shakes in there too......got 80.6g protein in yesterday and all my liquids! woot!
btw...I had my 3 week follow up with Dr. K. he and the nutritionist are very pleased with my progress. They just want me to step up with the walking. They want me to get in a mile in 15 minutes. He said that since I was one of his larger patients, I have to work harder and I agree which is why I'm going to my PCP this week to see if anything can be done about my knees. I'm averaging 2 pounds a day weightloss.......I started at 497 and now I'm down to 414!!!!!! by next week, if everything goes the way it's been, I should be under 400! w00t!!!

B- No sugar Added Carnation rich chocolate instant brekfast and my vitamins. S- Danon Light and Fit Blueberry yogurt and Banana w/ glass of water. L- weigh****chers smart one pasta primavera, sf mint fudge jello brand pudding and glass of water. S- tastykakes sf sensables cream filled choclate cupcakes. D- 6oz roast beef prepared in crock pot all day with Lipton onion soup, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes w/salt and garlic powder no gravy, 1/2 cup corn and lima beans with I can't beleive it's not butter light and salt. glass of water. S- Skinny cow no sugar added vanilla ice cream sandwhich.

B- 8 oz coffee, non dairy creamer & splenda
2 sunny side eggs
S- 1/2 banana
L- Watermelon
D- 4 California rolls, 4 medium shrimps, 10 string beans sauteed in garlic & butter
S- 1 Oatmeal raisin cookie
