I went camping and diet was a little harder for me. But here is my Memorial Day Meals. Keep in mind I am preop

B-2 pieces of toast(peperidge farm cinnamon toast) w/ country crock. 2 slices of bacon. Glass of water and vitamins. 12- Banana & 100 calorie sour cream and onion pringles. L- Turkey sandwich(2oz turkey, slice fat free am cheese, pickle slices and reduced fat mayo) on Natures own honey wheat light bread. 100 calorie sour cream and onion pringles. glass of water. D-6oz ham steak, 1/2 cup sugar snap peas with I ccan't beleive it's not butter salt and garlic powder, 1/2 lipton red beans and rice. Glass of water. S-Breyers double churned no sugar added chrunky ice cream bar.
