Pipe down, Cira - I'm typing as fast as I can!!!! I'll just do Monday, but if anyone wants to talk about what they ate over the entire holiday weekend, feel free: All my fluids and vitamins. B - Greek yogurt with strawberries, Splenda and Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal. L/D - 1 thin Kosher hot dog (sans bun), 1 small hamburger with cheese, tomato and mayo (sans bun), 2 tablespoons of Mom's homemade mac salad with shrimp (Heaven on a plate - although I mostly picked the shrimp out), salt 'n vinegar chips. Dessert - The most important meal of the day - Two small brownies!!! S - Fresh mango Okay, your turn!! Tia

All I can say for myself is "Step away from the potato salad!" B - Coffee and a bottle of tea. (slept for 2 hours after a 12 hour overnight shift and had to wake up for the festivities) L - 1/2 baby burger with onions, skip the bun, potato salad, 2 strawberries, 1 bite of cole slaw, 4 baked beans, really 4 beans, and the yellow of 1/2 deviled egg S - a few bite sized crackers and 2 strawberries D - 1/2 turkey sandwich, potato salad S - a bite of potato salad. I forgot how much I really liked potato salad.  I really, really, really need to stay away from that stuff.

Hey Kim - All in all, it doesn't sound bad - I'm sure you didn't eat a bushel of potato salad!!!  At least not compared to what you would've eaten pre-op!! Chocolate is my potato salad, so I feel your pain!! Tia

Yup today, fluids, fluids and more fluids. B- cream of wheat. Lunch and Dinner are still up in the air.  Still trying to get the whole mushie's thing and I HATE it, maybe they will change things today at the hospital. Oh Tia, save me a small piece of mango.  I LOVE MANGO.

i don't want to talk about this weekend alright. you can't make me. so what i am eating today is: fruit salad and some nuts for bf leftover fahitas for lunch roast beef and gravy for dinner.

Nope, no arm twisting here!!!  What's done is done - move on!!

And today sounds like a good plan.  Try to stick to it and drink LOTS!!!

I posted my eats and it is not here ughhhh now I have torture myself again.

Ugh, my pouch hurts so bad.  I really don't think I can do burgers.  I had: b-protein drink. l-1/2 burger (no bun). 1taste of Potato salad, 2 beans, tsp of slaw.  (I was stuffed).  d-1/2 cheeseburger (no bun), tsp potato salad, tsp broccoli salad.  Then I started hurting until I finally fell asleep at 3am.  Today I am just sore.  Let me add a few cheese doodles - that was the only thing I ate yesterday that didn't bother my pouch.
