I am going to have to try your breakfast since you eat it everyday. I am curious to know how good it is. lol Yesterday I had: B- 1 slice of american cheese and 1 slice of whole wheat bread       8 oz coffee with non dairy creamer and splenda L- 8 oz 2% milk with a scoop of protein powder (body fortress) Later in the day a Medium Vanilla ice coffee from McDonalds those things are addicting. S- handfull of salted almonds D- 4 oz of chicken breast cooked on the George forman grill and 1/4 cup of California veggies 76 oz of water

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
