Kristen Update...

Ok folks....I just spoke to Kristen...she's on her way to surgery...she had a CT and the radiologist, and ER docs said they didn't see anything THEN her WLS came to see her and look at her films...he immediately showed her that she has an internal hernia...near the bottom of her pouch and stoma...so off to surgery she goes! Wow...I'm glad she was able to have access to her WLS....they know how are insides are supposed to look...and they catch things when other docs don't...kinda scary

Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers (and swing a damn chicken KIMMY). I will update after she gets out of surgery and I get more information.

Wow! Poor girl. I am glad the surgeon saw it. I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for the update.

I will certainly keep her in my thoughts and prayers. This can be a lesson learned for all of us - when I had my "incident" right after surgery, the ER docs at one hospital didn't see on CAT scan what my bariatric surgeon saw on an x-ray. GO TO YOUR SURGEON IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!
