So far so good for today: 1 c skim milk before I left the house 20 oz decaf with nondairy creamer and splenda turkey and fat free cheese (Cabot's cheddar is awesome) on low carb, high fiber wheat 20 oz half-caff coffee with nondairy and splenda again 36 oz water (so far) salad with fat free dressing, 2-3 oz cut up turkey and a spinkle of moz. cheese Dinner will probably be a piece of salmon thrown in a pan before tonight's support group meeting. And I'll probably have a protein shake when I get home around 9ish.  And I have had all of my vitamins... I won't have it in me to do the 45 minute workout tape when I get home around 9 tonight, but I am going to hop up here in a few and take a very brisk 20 min walk.
