Well, you'll all be happy to know that on Tuesday, I didn't have as much fluid as I normally do, only about 160 oz.!!!! B - Greek yogurt with dark cherries, Splenda and Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal L - Roasted chicken strips, peppers and cucumbers from the salad bar at Giant D - Homemade chili with extra beans and cheese Your turn!!! tia, i'll be honest with you. the stress got to me and i had a mini binge. i think i may have to accept that i won't be as successful as others since I can't seem to control my eating when anything is wrong in my life. here is what i ate yesterday b: 3 egg bites (eggface recipe) s: 1 oz peanuts l: crabcake then disaster struck and i ate the following crap: package of twizzlers, snack bag of doritoes, weigh****chers dessert cake(not worth it), chunky soup rigatoni and meatball, small frozen pasta meal.  oddly enough i didn't feel that bad. i had hoped i would lol. so this scared me. that is why i am thinking i may just have to accept that the food addiction is here to stay. i can't keep fighting it. i am so tired.

Okay, take a deep breath!!!  What was behind the binge?  Work, hubby?   You ARE a success - you made the decision to have this surgery - no one said it was going to be easy, and it's a day to day thing.  So you brush yourself off and start again today.  And you keep doing it.   WHY didn't you call me?  You know you can!!  Next time, instead of reaching for junk, reach for the phone!!! Where are you getting the junk?  Home?  Work?  If it's at home, you've CLEARLY got to get rid of it.  I'm the same way, if it's there, I will eat it, whether I'm hungry or not.  I have no problem saying to someone, "Take this, get it out of my house!"  If it's at work, just avoid that person.  I know, I know, all easier said than done. How much water are you drinking?  You've got to get into the habit of constantly having a bottle of water with you.

You can and will keep fighting - you didn't come all this way to give up. 

MOST IMPORTANTLY, DO NOT FEEL ASHAMED.  We are all human, and trust me, I've screwed up big time along the way.  But try to fix it now, with the help of a therapist, because I know you want to beat this!!!!

the food came from me buying it from the vending machine, then going to the grocery store. and i do feel ashamed. i'm ashamed i can't stop myself. why am i like this? it doesn't seem to matter how much i try because the next day i ruin all the hard work i've put in. i guess right now i am just feeling really low and sad about my future outlook. i want to overcome this so badly but i don't see that happening right now. and i didn't call because i didn't want you or anyone to stop me. that is the honest truth.

Okay.  Today is a new day.  You have GOT to stop beating up on yourself.  I mean it!!!  You can stop, but you may not be able to do it without some help, and God knows there's no shame in saying you need help.  Surgery was "help" wasn't it?  And were you ashamed to go through with that? Look, I KNOW what you're going through.  You're a smart girl - of course, you 'WANTED" to eat all that, sometimes, I do, too, regardless of what anyone says. So be honest again - with yourself.  Do you want this to work?  If so, then you've got to work with a professional to help it work.  I'm certainly no professional, but you KNOW I'm here for you. Nicole, I don't care if you call me 10K times a day - you can.  Even if you feel like you don't want me to talk you out of eating something bad, maybe we can just talk about what's eating YOU!!!!  And sometimes, I may need to vent right back.  That's what friends are for. LOL you must have had a repair kit at work and fixed your leak yesterday. lol B - Quaker Instant sugar free maple & syrup oatmeal made with 4 oz of 2% milk Coffee 8 oz non dairy creamer & splenda L - 3 oz chicken tenderloin with 1/4 cup of mixed veggies S- string cheese and four ritz crackers D - 4 oz chicken tenderloin 1/4 cup of beans  S - 1 small orange   64 oz of water  & 16.9 oz of Orange sunrise

  The ONLY reason I didn't drink as much yesterday was because I didn't get into wor****il 1!!!!!!!!!!  I'm back on track today!!!! Do you get the Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal?  I LOVE that stuff!!!!! The rest of your menu sounds great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How's everyone feeling? Tia

ok.......I should just copy and paste what I had the day before LOL b - 1/4 cup pudding with protein powder and 1/2 applesauce s - 1/2 cup skim milk with protein powder l - 1/4 cup pudding with protein powder and 1/2 cup of pureed cream of chicken soup s - 1/2 cup skim milk with protein powder d - 1/4 cup pudding with protein powder and 1/2 cup of pureed cream of chicken soup of course sugar free popsicles throughout the day OH and my BIG news is that since I can't drink crystal light (it makes my pouch sad), I found something I CAN drink that's no****er and that is diet SNAPPLE!!!!!  woohoo!!!!

LOL!!!!!!!!  You poor baby!!!!!!  Sorry, Aaron, I just wanna  when I read your post!!!  LOL!!!  My sensitivity to "texture" has changed since surgery, I can't handle pudding. I love me some Diet Snapple - they have great flavors!!!  I just wi**** wasn't so DANG expensive!!!! When do you move to solids?  Foods, dammit, NOT bm's!!!!!!!!!!!!!  LOL!!! Tia

it will be 15 days since surgery on the 23rd.  I move to soft foods then!  WOOHOO!!!!!!  chicken salad here I come!  :)  and egg beaters!!!!
