Okay, I turned you on to Greek yogurt - WHY are you eating Cream of Wheat?  Besides the fact that you like it of course.  Does it have ANY protein?  Quaker makes a great Weight Control oatmeal, has more protein than normal. PROTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tia

You know, I'm thinking I'm going to have it really good when I go on regular food because I really love most fat free foods (although I have to check out the sugar content in some).

Hey there, my bearded friend.  I'll respond to your pm a little later, didn't want you to think I forgot. Yes, fat free and sugar free foods have come a long way.  But like you said, you still need to watch the sugars, sugar alcohols, and carbs. You're on the right track and probably what, 30 pounds down now, darn you!!!!!  LOL!! Tia

yesterday i ate the inside of a bagel with egg, sausage and cheese. then later i ate a piece of chicken from the vending machine. that means it was a processed chicken. so not sure what was added to it. when i got home, i ate a crab cake and after making egg bites i ate four of those. i also had a sugar free frozen pop. i drank about 8 glasses of water. not sure how you get so much fluid in tia. that is nuts.

Hey Nic! Doesn't sound too bad at all.  As far as all the fluids, I am constantly drinking from the minute I get up until about 30 minutes before bedtime.  In fact, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I use the Walmart brand of Crystal Light, and I think the artificial sweeteners make me MORE thirsty.  You'll rarely see me without a drink (NOT THAT KIND!) in my hand.   Tia
