You know, I really wish I had a picture of myself at my heaviest. At the time when I went for my surgeon's orientation, they weighed me there and I was 497. I weighed more than everyone there LOL So technically from that point to where I am now, I've lost almost 70 pounds.....TECHNICALLY speaking :) It's just that 50 of it was without the surgery LOL
