Hike

I think I'm finally going to be around this weekend, who's up for a hike on sunday?  Any suggestions, i would like to go someplace new.  Great Falls? 

Ahhhhh, so you ARE alive!!!!  You ought to send a pm to Eric - his hike last weekend got cancelled, although right now, he's dealing with water damage in his house, and he said his messages and emails are backing up.  I'm sure he'll be around sometime before the end of the week.   So, are we talking strenuous, somebody better carry me kind of hiking?  Or something that anyone at any stage of wls can do?  You're getting to be in such great shape, I'm afraid you'll have us carrying backpacks loaded with bricks!!!   Sounds like fun, though!  Keep me posted!!  AND YOU DIDN'T ANSWER MY LAST ONE!!! I would like to check out Great Falls but I think that's a longer hike.  There's a cool hike I went on in southern maryland that's about a 1.5 mile hike thru woods and swamp land to a private beach.  It think it's a little over 3 miles all together.

I would love to join you but I'm only up to .5 - .75 miles on the treadmill right now and I think that would be a little much for me :)  catch me the next time around :)

I sure wish I could be there.  My family so very busy right now with prom, graduation, grad party and family coming in for it all that I just do not have time to get away.  I still have two bathrooms to paint, touch ups around the house, a carpet to clean and the rest of the general stuff before guests arrive - and that is after I am up all night tomorrow with the after prom (goes until 5am Saturday)!  I will check back for the next hike.
