Monday's 3 Things!
Nicole - Please don't take this the wrong way, but try your hardest to nip this in the bud NOW!! I say now because you're at peak time for weight loss - take my word for it, it gets soooooo much harder the further out you get. Basically, right now, you CAN eat bad foods and still lose - but I promise you, the day you see the scale go up because of bad foods, you're gonna be kicking your own butt. I'm almost 3 years out and it is SO much harder to break bad habits now. I had the snacking bug due to a huge amount of personal and work stress, and now, I've had to kick my myself into gear. It can be done, even at 3 years post-op, but it doesn't seem nearly as effortless as when I was 3 months post op!!! Maximize this time, honey, because when it's gone, it's gone, and you CAN'T get it back. I'd give ANYTHING to know at your stage what I know now!!! Plus, I'm older than you, so you HAVE to listen to me!!! LOL!!! Hang in there!!! Tia
