Good wet Monday morning!!  Hope everyone made it to where they need to be safely!!  I'm back to work (God, I'd forgotten about the Beltway!!)!!   Today, I'm grateful for: 1.  That I finally have a job, a boss and co-workers whom I like, and whom seem to like me.  They haven't been getting 100% of me for the last 6 months or so, so it's time for me to crack down for them, they're good guys and they deserve it!! 2.  Rain - no softball - This is terrible!!!  But sometimes, softball days are crazy, running around making sure we have equipmen****er, picking up girls, feeding KB if my brother's not off in time, etc.  I can just crash when I get home tonight!! 3.  The gym - I'm hoping to get clearance this week from the gyn to start working out!!  My clothes are getting looser, thank goodness, and I want to speed things up!! Have a great day!! Tia

1.    That I woke up this morning 2.    That I had a great weekend in spite of the rain.  Got some Sister/Aunt time in         with my sis and niece on Saturday.  Then of course spent yesterday with         the Best Mom in the whole world ( at least in my humble opinion) 3.    That its Monday and that means reformer Pilates at the MAC:  I really         need a good stretch today

((( Tia ))) Have been too busy to participate here for a bit and struggling with 3 things but at the moment!!! 1)  DRUGS & ER's ... yesssssssssssssssss  .. I have another kidney stone and this one is a whopper.  It's 7mm and 8 is about the limit of what 'might' pass on its own.   I hoped when I woke up at 1:30 a.m. Friday that it was 'just' gas, but by yesterday a.m. I knew it was time for the ER.   I've got to call the urologist office now and find out what they can do before we are supposed to leave Wednesday night.   This is really going to mess with vacation. 2) VACATION ......... I so need this time off.   Even if I am recouping from #1, I'll just relax and take time for me 3)  That other than #1 I am content with my life and me! Hugs, Mo

Gentle (((Moie)))!!!

Oh, NO!!!  I am so sorry to hear about Kidney Stones Revisited.  Please keep me posted, okay?  Hey, did they tell you to drink lemonade with some real lemon juice in it?  Apparently, the citric acid helps break down the stones, I think?

Poor Moie!!

Have been to Dr .. this is not a 'new' stone .. it's one of two residual stone fragments that have been hanging out in the lower quadrant of my right kidney.   Apparently one of them is trying to make a break for it!!! If they can get me in for lithotripsy on Thursday we will delay leaving until after the procedure and when we get home I'll just get into bed in the RV and watch movies .. instead of getting into bed at home and watching soaps .. lol. I'll let you know what is happening tho. Hugs, Mo

8 days and counting.  #1.  Slimfast Optima - it's now become by best friend - I actually look forward to drinking it now.  #2.  I got to see my grandsons this weekend (the drama queen dropped them off on Saturday night at 11pm)  #3.  That the lawn mower broke yesterday afternoon and I didn't have to spend the afternoon cutting grass in between storms.

Today I'm thankful for 1.) Not having bad food choices in my refrigerator...My mother and I are estranged and this weekend was a little tough for me to get through. How can you call someone and wish them a happy Mother's Day when they've told you that you were, "a stupid mistake I made when I was a kid that just won't go away"?...2.) The desire to succeed this time.  There were a couple of times this weekend I could have fallen off the wagon, but by the time I got dressed and out the door I was able to talk myself off the ledge...3.) A place where I can write all of this - without fear of judgement - instead if trying to stuff it all down and away with food...Have a Blessed day everybody. -Antoinette
