3 THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY!
My three things: 1.) Had a visit with my pcp Monday to go over a slew of test results and post op (hernia repair) exam. I am thrilled to announce that for the first time in my entire life I am considered completely healthy. No problems, no concerns...no kidding. I am ecstatic. The pcp was so happy he gave me a hug. The man's a genius I tell you. :) 2.) This morning I actually managed to fit in a nice long walk through the park for the first time. Between my daily schedule and that ol' evil procrastination I had not yet made the long walk. But this morning I did it and feel great. 3.) So glad I finally decided to join this board instead of just lurking.
Hi Everybody, I hurt my back exercising and have been out of the loop awhile... Today I am grateful for 1.) Skelaton - a muscle relaxant....2.) Tramadol/APAP - a pain reliever...and 3.) Elevators - I wouldn't have been able to return to work if I'd have had to take the stairs to get to my desk... Have a Blessed Day Everyone!! -Antoinette
