3 THINGS FOR WEDNESDAY!
Today I'm grateful for: 1. That my pcp's office opens early - Can you say UTI? OMG!!! I have to laugh though, what next???? 2. Willpower - That I didn't kill myself on birthday cake & ice cream last night for my Dad's bday. And the scale rewarded me with a drop of 10 pounds in 1.5 weeks!!!! WOO-HOO!!! 3. Sanity - I'm trying hard to hang on to it as Friday and my lunch date with my ex approaches. OMG!!! I wasn't this nervous the first time I met him!!! What to wear??? What NOT to wear???? LOL!!!! Have a great - gotta run (literally!!!!) LOL!!! Tia

I LOVE Myrtle Beach - despite the fact that I spent my honeymoon there eons ago!! So beautiful!! So....who ya going with???? HUH?????????? So what are you doing with your free time? We're going to carnival up this way? Wanna bring your other kiddies? Call me later and let me know. Hugs, Tia
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
I am thankful:
1. I am off tomorrow and will spend the day with a friend
2. For boxed dinners. i.e hamburger helper, pizza, tv dinners..without those my children would starve ;)
3. that my aunt has decided to take my birds....I have 2 canaries and 2 parakeets who sing/screech consistantly and really get on my nerves...no love lost from the kids either...they are ready for them to go
