3 Things for Monday!

Today I'm grateful for: 1.  Willpower - I had the sense to kick my own butt (I work better alone), and stop snacking and really watch what I eat - and it resulted in a 1 week loss of 5 pounds!!  Look out!! 2.  Sugar free gum - See above!!!!  You can't snack if you're chewing gum and there are some cool flavors out there!!   3.  New friends - I've recently made some new ones through this board and I love it!!  Just goes to show you that we should never stop growing (spiritually), learning and being open to new (legal) things!!! Have a great day everyone!  While you're all at work, I'll be sitting in the chaise lounge, reading.  Hey - SOMEONE'S gotta do it!!  LOL!! Tia

Hi Tia So glad you are doing better and you deserve to hang out in the lawn chair.

1.  I am grateful for weekend house projects that are now done, flowers planted, rugs shampooed, all 3 dogs bathed.

2. Grateful for a wonderful husband that worked hard around the house all weekend

3. Grateful that I also was a good girl this weekend with the snacking and made healthy choices and I worked out on Friday and exercised with hubby early on Saturday.   I am trying really hard to stay on track and be as healthy as I can for my upcoming surgery on May 28th, it seems I have that dreaded head hungar all the time. Everyone have a wonderful Monday!!! Stephanie

Im thankful for:

1. Being able to still fit in amusement park ride seats.

2. Not having a low self esteem

3. Not being wide awake when my 15 year old daughter was "arguing" with me this morning before she went to school

1. that i still lost some weight even though i've been eating badly. today i am back on track but it took a couple days before i stopped. greatful i stopped! 2. that i had a chance to interview with another company. i think it went ok but i wasn't blown away by my performance. 3. that the front of my house looks alot better now that it's been repainted!

1.    THAT EXTRA LARGE JACKET FIT ME AT KOHLS  AND IT WAS HALF PRICE 2.    THAT I  WORKED OUT AT THE GYM BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 3.    FOR MY OH BUDDIES WHO I THANK GOD FOR EVERYDAY AND ENJOY THE READING AND LOUNGING TIA  :  YOU HAVE EARNED A REST. PS HAVE YOU TRIED THE SUGARLESS STRAWBERRY/KIWI GUM  YUMMY

This will be a stretch for me since I had such a horrible weekend.  1) That the weekend is over, it's Cinco de Mayo and i'm heading to the closest Mexican restaurant after work. 2) That Kenny Chesney concert is 5 days away.  3) I still have a job after walking out Thursday night. I really wish this mood would perk up.  Someone asked if it was PMS.  I wi**** were so that I could blame it on.  Here's to a better day!  karen

Ok,   1. That my daughter is home. ( she went away with school last week and I missed her so much) 2. That my weight is going down again. 3. I found a great outfit at the Thrift store for $10. It is a dress, shirt and sweater vest. CUTE as can be. Size MEDIUM. While the dress part is still to tight the shirt and sweater fit great. Yes I said MEDIUM.

Lets see, this will be hard, just having a bad day:  1)My vacation starts next Thursday and will be back at the end of May.  2)My mom is going into town on Saturday for 2 weeks.  3)  Got solid sleep last night. Enjoy the rest of your day! Teri
