My future husband and I took a very long walk yesterday evening after dinner. It was so nice out and we walked for a good hour or so. It was amazing :)

My boss and I got out for a walk today during lunch :) especially hard with my knees since I'm off the pain meds but they kinda worked the pain out after lap 2 but as soon as I sit down to work, they just stiffen up again.
