Keep a list of all the reasons you don't
want to go back and make
yourself read it before you eat
the thing you don't want to eat. 1. I want to stay healthy and never get diabetes again. 2. I like to wear smaller clothes. 3. Being able to work out at this size is much easier and I enjoy it more. 4. I so love me, so why hurt myself with something that is not healthy for me.
What an awesome idea!
1. I want to keep running and playing with my kids...and keep up!
2. I want to keep being able to walk up to the 5th floor - and not collapsing at my desk!
3. I want to keep shopping in the regular size stores and departments.
4. I want to keep running into people I haven't seen in ages - and have to re-introduce myself!
5. I want to finally beat the one biggest failure that I had for the first 37 years of my life, once and for all!
Wow...I could do this all day! :)
1. I want to live without PAIN
2. I want to be able to fit into an airplane seat with the armrest down
3. I want to ride rollercoasters again
4. I want to hold my head up and get my confidence back
5. I want to fit into my leathers again
6. I want to be able to run
gosh my list could go on and on.......
