HELP! SNACKING
Oh this is not good. I am snacking like a SOB! This is making me nuts. I ate Chex Mix today and tonight it was DORITOS! OMG I am becoming a junkie, I just know it. I will be 8 mouths out soon and still have not crossed the sugar line but I want this other BS. OMG!
This is not good, I feel old habits trying to come back.
ADVISE PLEASE! DON'T BEAT ME UP, I JUST KICKED MY OWN ASS!

honey........oh honey......... get some drugs!!!! It's bad enough to talk to yourself, but to e-mail and post to yourself... TO FUNNY!!!! Snacking is fine. 6 small meals a day is what you should be doing. Instead of doritos, though..some veggies, some nuts, some cereals....would be better...

Scary - not even sure drugs will help! Kristen - this isn't like other diets when you're "cheated" OK, so you went off the wagon a bit tonight - this happens to us women from month to month. My advice - its late - time to go to bed. Do you eat in your sleep? Phew, didn't think so.
Tomorrow is a new day - you're perfect!
Note to Kristen: Daniel will enjoy it!!!! (too much). Great point about not like other diets!!! There is nothing wrong with the occasional "binge" or "cheat". You have to remember that you aren't on a diet. You are on a life style. Normalcy (if I could spell it) is what you need to strive for. Doritos are fine... 2 or 3...........not half a bag. A candy kiss or two is fine...not twelve. Don't regret enjoying food. Don't...not have something you are craving. Just do it in smaller portions. Trust me, if you don't get into the habit of "eating normal" now, it gets worse. Allow yourself that treat, but in moderation!!!
