Good Afternoon everyone
Hope you all are enjoying this weather we have been having.
Just wanted to post our next Meeting
Thursday May 1st from 6-8 p.m at the Crofton Library on Reidel Road
When you walk in the main entrance of the library go straigt past the bathrooms and you will see the meeting rooms
This meeting will be a Protein Party
I'll be making different protein shakes for everyone to try using EAS chocolate and vanilla proteing powder. If you have any favorite protein drink recipes you want to share please bring them with you.
