Hi there - Well, I had Blue Choice, BCBS's HMO, which for a single person, is great.  My co-pays to visit my surgeon were $25, and also $25 for any other specialist I needed to see.  Some of my tests were covered, others had a smallish co-pay.  I think, all told, I probably paid out of pocket $200 for all of my copays.  My insurance covered everything else. Good luck, Tia

I hope i don't have to pay much more.  The insurance company ttold me that my sugery date is planned for 5/15, thats news to me because I did not even now. I was Hoping for school to let out and then have it.
