Great Seeing Everyone Last Night

Hey Carroll County group - it was great to see you all!   Amy - it was great meeting you, and hope everything goes well leading up to your big day. Kelly - It was wonderful seeing you - and so soon post op - how exciting! Can't wait to see your progress. Lisa, Chris, and Dave - we just keep pluggin away - thanks so much for the protein and nutrition tips last night - I am all over it today and for the week - I'll be expecting that HUGE drop on the scale this time next week!  (or at least HOPE so!) I have reserved the same room for Wednesday May  21, 2008. Looking forward to seeing you all then!!!  I am researching the topics and will let you all know what I find! Edited to add - Dave - I sat on line WAY too late last night looking for that protein cereal - I found several others, but not  the one I originally found. Does anyone have a link for Protein Crunch Cereal? It was like $14 a bag, but it is 23 g per serving!!!  

Any word from Ted? I am worried about him. Hugs Kristen

I did get a message from Ted,  and I let him know that many here are asking about him and thinking of him.   He didn't make the meeting, but he knows we are all looking forward to seeing him out and about whenever he is ready.

Caryn, I am so sorry I missed the meeting last night.  I was BEAT!  I will be there in May.  I finally fell asleep after being up for 36 hours, so I probably could have made the meeting but, I would have never risked driving. Glad to hear it went so well.
