ummmmmmmm..big and red ??? Seriously, it's an older Mack . with a 'flat' nose.  It is mostly red, with white over the cab.  There's a 66 on either side of the middle of the front grill.  There MAY be a 66 on the passenger side, but if the magnetic decals arrive in time, each door will have a FALLEN FIREFIGHTER Memorial decal. There is no other marking on the truck other than the Emergency Call 911.   It had been a Baltimore County piece and the Baltimore County had been sprayed out in black paint, so we covered over it with red this past weekend. Here are some pictures of the truck from when we first brought it home ...   http://rides.webshots.com/album/562478805qSUtkZ I'm not sure if I am riding or walking .. I love parades for the photo ops, so I might be walking/standing! Hope y'all enjoy the parade!!!   I love the bagpipes myself

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

We just got back from Easton.   Went over tonight for the 'meet and greet'.   I am SOOOO excited about tomorrow!!!!  Mr Mo is still being 'grumpy' about it, but I think it will be fine once we get going.   I have to get up early and run to the store for some lunch stuff and pack a picnic for us.   It's going to be a LONG day .. leaving here about 9:30 to be there for registration.   They are going to start lining up the trucks at noon, but the parade doesn't start until 3. hugs, Mo

Hugs, Mo p.s.   Did I tell you that we have reservations at Pt Lookout for Labor Day weekend .. Friday night thur Sunday night .. going home on Monday!

St. Leonard is pretty close.  Please let me know and I'll try to make it up to see you. Pt. Lookout is definitely in my neck of the woods.  Unfortunately, I'll have the in-laws (out-laws?) in town (coming from Oceanside, CA) that weekend.

When I know for sure I'll definitely let you know.   Mark might decide that is 'too' far to take the Mack .. after this weekend, but then again it might be SOOOO much fun that the distance won't matter.  I have to tell you, I've only gone as far as the Citgo station in the truck so far .. and it was a dang uncomfortable ride.   I'm not really looking forward to the trip to Easton, but it will be worth it for the parade. Hugs, Mo
