Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Yeah, I'm so ready to see him. My appointment is at 2 pm on Monday, but they said to be there at 1:30. I have made all the arrangements on my job and for the kids, so I'm good to go. As for the memory foam toppers, I used to have one until I bought my new mattress. I spent good money on this new mattress and it is soooooooooooooo much more comfortable. To be honest, I just toss and turn and wake up so much in the middle of the night, that I'm just sooooooooooooo exhausted the next day. I did tell my PCP that if for some reason I don't get the surgery, we do need to fix what ever problem it is that is keeping me from sleeping at night...lol I need sleep!!!...lol T
