Bonnie, Thanks for saying that. I was really worried that I was the only one who had Kligman for a surgeon because it seemed that everyone I met who had already had it done didn't know who he was LOL! so far so good though....I had my workshop with Mary B and Nadja today.....EGD is tomorrow.....I can't wait to get that over with LOL

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Thanks Robin! Yes everything is now moving at lightening speed! Right when I wanted things to speed up, now I want them to slow down just a little so I can catch my breath LOL

Hi Aaron. I used to live in New Market, now on the Eastern Shore. Congratulations on your surgery date. I have Dr. Kligman also. I can't wait until the day I can say I have a surgery date!!!

I just had my pre-op seminar/workshop with Mary B and Nadja along with my other miscellaneous tests. I'm so glad to have Mary B and Nadja working with us because Dr. Kligman sometimes scares me LOL However, I guess he wants to scare people into staying on the path and calling you out when you stray :)
