Good evening everyone Just wanted to let you know our meeting is This Thursday April 17th  6-8 p.m in the meeting room at the Crofton library on Reidel Road (walk threw the front doors and straight by the bathrooms) Gary a personal trainer who has spoken before is coming back to talk about excercise myths.
