Thanks for the post. I'm not knocking the cards (I like them) but they are kinda girly. I think I might need something a little more macho than a heart or butterfly. Maybe a weight bench or fighter jet?

Yes I agree they are feminine. She is trying to create a more masculine choice. I like the idea of a mountain to climb. I think last I read she was in the middle of moving and was not working on the designs yet. edited to include this member's name: http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/annetterust/ she does them, and does some with a plain design for men.
