I joined a gym!!
Good for you Tia. I LOVE going to the gym. You just have to remind yourself that most of the people there are going for the same reasons you are - no matter what they weigh. Of course there are always a few hanging around with HUGE egos and wanting to stare at themselves in the mirror. But for the most part, most folks go with at plan and are there to workout and go home.
The gym has really saved me for the past few months. I have been eating WAY more than I should (snacking A LOT) so the gym has kept me from gaining too much weight back. Gained 10lbs but have taken a couple of that back off in the last few weeks. Need to get that and another 5 off.
Hope all is going well. I need to post an update on what's been happening in my world lately. Maybe I'll get time for that today.
