Kell, sending hugs to you. I adore Dr. Moein, but there is no excuse for the problems that you encountered. I do know it was around the time of all of the changes in the office. But, if that were the problem, they should have either had provisions for him being doubly busy, or scheduled a few less surgeries for that period of time. I can't imagine how scary it was to not be able to get info from your doc at such a critical time in  your journey. I hope that you'll have some great experiences soon, to compensate for how things went. You should definitely mention it to him. Not to make him feel bad or anything. I think he's well aware of how important bedside manner is, but sometimes it can't hurt to remind someone.
