Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Hey Moie! I really wanted to start coming this month, but tonight was my first mammogram (7:30). Is the meeting monthly?

((( Heather ))) Yep, they are monthly. On the first Tuesday of the month (ignore that last night was the 2nd Tuesday, that was scheduled that way on purpose ). The next one will be Tuesday, May 6. We are going to meet at Los Portales for a Mexican dinner to practice 'going out to eat'. Need to see you soon girlie and get my stuff from you before you sell it on me . lol Hugs, Mo
