Well, when I was cleared to full liquids post-op, I was mixing protein powder I had ordered off a popular bariatric website, www.unjury.com. All of a sudden, my sense of taste/smell changed and I couldn't handle the foam, the taste, the smell or the texture (but then again, I'm weird). After experimenting a lot, I finally found EAS Advant Edge ready to drink protein shakes - 17 g. of protein, 110 calories. They are the only ones I can even stand - the chocolate tastes like Yoo-Hoo in a weird, bariatric way, and I use the French Vanilla as creamer in my coffee. However, I'd still be willing to go for the Ruth's Chris steak - provided I'm not paying!!! Good luck in your journey! Teresa (Tia)

I got one for you. RTD extreme smoothy in vanilla, chocolate or strawberry. 35 gram of protein, 5 carbs and 4 grs sugar from milk. They have the lightest taste of any I have tried. No after taste. I was very pleased. I got the from Bariatric eating. You can get a sample pack of 1 vanilla,1 strawberry and 2 chocolate.
