Although I haven't read the complete article; the topic alone caught my attention as I am getting close to this mark.  I have a consult scheduled for this week on the advise of my Primary Care Physician.  During my physical she said "girl that extra skin on those thighs are not going back into place and the boobs need work too."  :rofl:
