You're welcome! I get to go see my surgeon Dr. Von Reuden on the 9th for my late 1 year anniversary check up.  I can't believe how fast this past year went.

Wow!  1 year...Congrats.  I hope I can say that one day...lol  **fingers crossed

Thanks Laurie.  My dad is out of surgery and everything went good...he had back surgery, something to do with the disks in his back.  He had to get pins and rods and like fake bones or something.  I'm not sure.  When I last talked to my step mom he was still in recovery and waiting to be moved to his room. She said it is talking them forever to get him moved to his room and she is getting upset because she wants to be with him.  So now I'm sitting here waiting for her to call me so that I can drive up there.  Hope the meeting goes well and hope to see you at the next meeting.

The meeting went well. I am glad your Dad is out of surgery. I hope doing well. The next meeting on the 17th should be great with The trainer speaking on exercise myths and he is also planning on bringing a nutritionist so it should be a great meeting. Good night Laurie

Dad is doing good!  Sore, but doing good.  So the Crofton Support Group meets every two weeks, same place, same time?

The Crofton group meets once or twice a month depending when Kelly was able to get the room.She gave us a list last night. She has the whole year.Just ask her for a list and she will email or give you one.But the next few are April 17th thurs., May 1st and 15th thurs June 5th thurs July31st thurs. Most meetings are on thurs  but a few are on tues.           think the Glen Burnie group is on tues if I am not mistaken. The first or 2nd tues of the month. I think usually the 1st tues but this month I believe is different. I am trying to double check on that meeting now. I have only been once but I liked it a lot. I am late I have to run. and get to the gym and pool.I need to get home my son works tonight and we need to get him an alarm clock before work and the school lets out 2 hrs early today so I am trying to be done at noon.
