I have Dannon light-n- fit cherry vanilla yogurt and sometimes break up one, two at most goji berry and pistacio crisps into it for crunch. I always save my protein drink for the first hour after I workout.

I almost always do a protein shake but when I on vacation or needing a change I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with milk and either banana or strawberries or Weight Control Oatmeal. Gee, how exciting
