Cira, thanks for sharing!! You looked beautiful on birthing day. Gia is darling and I hope you have tons of fun with her. What do the other two think? Everything flowing smoothly? Get to that Chiropractor to get an adjustment. Hate the back pain and know it can be pretty overwhelming at times. Take it easy.

Thank you!! Gianna and Little Gino love their baby sister. They argue about who is changing her diaper next and who is going to hold her again. lol
I went to the chiro on Friday and I was in so much pain she has to do some special extra adjustments for me. I went home feeling a lot better. I am suppose to ice my entire back 10 minutes every two hours and I see her again tomorrow morning. She is really good and I believe she will have me on tip top shape very soon. I was limping really bad on Friday and now not so much.
