Dr. Greene or Dr. Singh

I have not had surgery yet. One more month of supervised diet but absolutely love Dr. Singh. He is soft spoken, honest, and supportive. He does still do surgery at St. Agnes but he is spliting from his partner due to business differences. But both will still be working together in the OR. I can't wait to have my surgery done.

Hello.......I just had my lap band surgery with Dr. Singh @St. Agnes.  He is an awesome doctor and his staff is great as well.  Cathy, Latasha and all of the others were great to work with.  I had my intial appt with Dr Singh on 1/30/08,  Got an approval on 2/21/08 and had my surgery 3/5/08.  I have BCBS federal insurance.  I had already completed my psych consult prior to my appt with Dr Singh.

I just wanted to add something about Dr. Singh.  Someone said that he was the furtherest surgeon from her but that he's that one she picked. I drive from Salisbury MD to my appointments.  There is a bariatric center right around the corner from where I work but I still just knew that Dr. Singh was the one to walk with me in this journey. I DEFINITELY, WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Dr. Greene. He is my doctor and he is very straightforward and absolutely prifessional in his line of work. His staff is top-notch, friendly and will help you in any way possible. Now, I'm not trying to stray you away from your chioces, but do your research on both. Dr. Greene's website is www.advancedwls.com and you can get more info there.  He holds his meetings at the Temple Beth Ami and one of the conference rooms at Shady Grove Hospital. Good luck in your choice!  Oh yeah, I live in Southern Maryland and I drive all the way to Rockville for my appointments. Well worth the Beltway hassle if you ask me....LOL

Dr. Singh is my Dr. he is the best!! His office helped me get approved after fighting with my ins. company what seemed like forever. I have multiple friends who have gone to Dr. Singh as well, no complaints whatsoever, I highly recommend the entire office!! St. Agnes was absolutely the best to me, extremely helpful, polite, nice, attentive!!
