Focus
Hi Everyone,
I have a question.....how do you guys keep focused???? I am now officially 184lbs, had my annual physical yesterday and in a year have lost 111lbs. Now it seems I am giving my self permission to indulge. Don't get me wrong I am still going to the gym 4-6 days a week, but now, I feel like I am binge eating...like tonight, I had some cereal, salad, a few chips. It's like I have a taste for EVERYTHING!!!! You would think I was pregnant with the cravings I am having....of course that is not the case, unless you all believe in immaculate conceptions....LOL. Anyway, I really only have 30lbs to go, but you know it is almost like I am tired and want to be done. Anyway....any ideas??? Thanks Jen
