weight loss ticker

can someone please tell me how to get the ticker on my profile???? its agrivating the hell out of me. which code do i copy??? there are three different ones.  figures i can't find any help topics for it...would appreciate the help

I just did it myself.  You have to copy the actual picture and not the codes. Hope this helps. Don't forget to save the page to your favorites so that you can update it.

You click on someones ticker and it will take you to the website. Then once ou create your own ticker copy the picture of the ticker. Go to the user setting on the left when you are in a forum. then paste in your signature block. The your ticker should appear. also you do not have to save the page if ou click on your ticker it will tak you to the page and you can make changes to it then. Good Luck with your ticker.
