I haven't posted anything here about it as this is not really the forum, but last Saturday the 9th, our 16 year old daughter was killed in a car accident. Obviously, weight loss hasn't been my primary focus for the last week or so. I do wish you all well, and hope you have a productive meeting. Oh my God. My heart goes out to Ted, his wfie and his family.
This is truly very hard thing to deal with I lost my niece the day after her in 2005 in a car accident and on Saturday was her birthday and I was so sad that I couldn't shake off pain the entire day.
It is so devastating. Please if Ted contacts you can you please give him my condolences and if there is anything we could do please let us know.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
